1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another notification when it has been shipped.

Australia & New Zealand

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders $70.00 and above

International Shipping (Europe, Canada, Kenya & select countries)

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders $75.00 and above

Rest of World

  • Express Shipping: $50.00
  • Free Express Shipping on orders $300.00 and above

3. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

4. Shipping Delays Velvet Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control. Please contact our support team if your order is significantly delayed.

5. Damaged Items in Transit If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages If your package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, please check with neighbors or building management, contact the carrier, and then reach out to our support team if unresolved.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
