1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 30 days of the date you received your order. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

- Personal care and hygiene products
- Fragrances and body care items
